USA Stamps Store LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates usastamps.store and provides related services (the “Services”). By accessing the website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. (our e-commerce platform).

1. Eligibility & Use

You represent you are at least the age of majority in your state/province, or you have necessary consent for any minor dependents to use the site. You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes and to comply with all applicable laws.

2. Accounts & Security

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Anti-Fraud

All orders are offers to purchase and subject to our acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order (e.g., suspected resale, payment risk, inaccurate information). If modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law. Promotions may have additional terms disclosed at the point of offer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, USA Stamps Store LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. In any event, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.

17. Severability & No Waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible; remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.

18. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in New York, New York.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Return Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
