Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship within the United States only (including the contiguous U.S.; service to AK/HI, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO may vary by carrier and will be shown at checkout if available).

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, U.S. federal holidays excluded).

  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Timeframes

  • Standard ShippingEstimated transit: 3–7 business days.

  • Express ShippingEstimated transit: 2–4 business days.

  • Rates and availability are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery may occur on Saturdays in some areas; we do not process orders on weekends/holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and not guaranteed. Severe weather, peak seasons, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive tracking details via email when your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

  • If you need to correct your address, contact us immediately before the order ships.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect/undeliverable addresses can be re-shipped upon request; re-shipping fees may apply.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items

  • Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, email photos and your order number to us within 3 business days; we will provide next steps for a replacement or refund.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact us; we may ask you to check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier branch.

Taxes

  • Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law.

Force Majeure

  • Processing and delivery may be delayed by events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, carrier disruptions). We will process orders as soon as conditions permit.
